Onesta Platform

The Story

Onesta was created to improve transparency and traceability throughout the agroindustrial export ecosystem, starting from harvesting and production processes all the way to export operations and final distribution in international markets.

Working alongside TALSA — one of the largest agroindustrial companies in Peru — we faced the challenge of designing a platform capable of adapting to multiple operational realities, stakeholders and existing systems. Many processes were still manual, fragmented or difficult to scale across teams.

Through product discovery, user understanding and close collaboration with operational and business areas, we structured a cleaner and more intuitive platform experience capable of simplifying complex workflows while improving operational visibility and decision-making.

My Main Objective

My role combined UX, UI and product leadership to help define the platform’s experience, scalability and design direction. Beyond leading the product from a strategic perspective, I also contributed to the growth of the design team, helping establish methodologies, collaboration dynamics and scalable product foundations.

From a user experience perspective, I worked closely with different operational profiles to understand workflows, pain points and contextual needs across the agroindustrial ecosystem, translating those insights into clearer, more accessible and scalable digital experiences.
